Gracious Father, what a blessing to pray for you with a desire to see your hope in Christ alone. Thank you for the privilege and honor to continually stand in prayer for you.
Our God, the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, is glorious! He is the Holy one. The Almighty one. The Loving one. The Perfect One. The Intimate One. The Majestic One. The Just One. He is our Hope and our Redeemer. Father, please, please continue to supernaturally reveal yourself to us, deepening our intimate relationship with Christ through your Spirit. Oh Father, I pray that at the deepest level possible, our eyes would be enlightened even further to your presence and the very real eternal promises secured for us in Christ. Shower us with unshakable hope and confidence knowing that you, Jesus, our Savior, and the lover of our souls, will perfectly and, in a timely manner, meet all our needs out of your glorious riches today and into eternity.
Lord Jesus, not only have you given us glorious riches, but you have also given us great power. How much power? Incomparable power… the same empowerment that raised Jesus from the dead. You, Jesus, are reigning with full authority, power, and dominion forever. and we are your children, enriched and empowered! Oh Father, express your power as you manifest your blessings in and through us.
• You declare that we have inherited the fullness of Christ (Colossians 2:9-10).
• You have given us everything we need for life and godliness (II Peter 1:3-4).
• You promise that there is no temptation that we cannot escape (I Corinthians 10:13).
• You promise an abundant life (John 10:10).
• You state that “all the promises are yes for us in Christ Jesus.” (II Corinthians 1: 20) Your promises are clear, and the empowerment is in place for us to experience a Christ-centered life. These supernatural manifestations are not possible in our own strength, but only through Christ alone. We are no longer prisoners. We are not obligated to the flesh and its loud and bullying requests. We are no longer a slave, but a son… a son of the Most High… a son of the living God… an heir and co-heir with Christ. Our great God’s work of salvation is complete and competent, and it is in Him that we are set free!
I pray that we, as a part of your body, may experience your presence yielding the fullness of Christ as we point others to Him as the answer for everything in every way.
In Christ,
Blessings!
Ephesians 1:15-23
15For this reason, ever since I heard about your faith in the LORD Jesus and your love for all God’s people, 16I have not stopped giving thanks for you, remembering you in my prayers. 17I keep asking that the God of our LORD Jesus Christ, the glorious Father, may give you the Spirit of wisdom and revelation, so that you may know him better. 18I pray that the eyes of your heart may be enlightened in order that you may know the hope to which he has called you, the riches of his glorious inheritance in his holy people, 19and his incomparably great power for us who believe. That power is the same as the mighty strength 20he exerted when he raised Christ from the dead and seated him at his right hand in the heavenly realms, 21far above all rule and authority, power and dominion, and every name that is invoked, not only in the present age but also in the one to come. 22And God placed all things under his feet and appointed him to be head over everything for the church, 23which is his body, the fullness of him who fills everything in every way.
