Gracious Father, each day remind us to count it pure joy to breathe in the fresh hope we experience in Christ’s marvelous redemptive work in and through our lives. We find our confidence in one thing: the same gospel that initially raised us from spiritual death is the same loving grace and power that brings us to maturity. We overflow with thankful hearts as we walk desperately dependent upon you.

Father, we wholly desire your wisdom rather than depending upon our own inept persuasions. We ask that, as we experience your presence intimately, your Spirit endows us with wisdom liberally through your life-giving word, Godly counsel, and prayer.

Father, to understand and overflow with your wisdom, we must be free of fleshly ambition or worldly remedies. I pray that we would find our identity and significance in you alone, resulting in our own prideful agendas being out of the way as your Spirit blesses us with unfettered wisdom.

Bless us with a supernatural empowerment to apply Biblical truth into all situations.

As we minister to others, give us the aptitude to listen discerningly, understand root issues, and to apply and speak Biblical truth in love in a life-giving and timely manner.

Father, enrich us with the mind of Christ. May we live lives blessed with your wisdom and for your glory may we edify others as we counsel and care for them, always pointing them to find their hope in Christ alone.

In Christ,

Blessings!

Colossians 2:6, 7
So then, just as you received Christ Jesus as Lord, continue to live your lives in him, rooted and built up in him, strengthened in the faith as you were taught, and overflowing with thankfulness.

Proverbs 3:5, 6
Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths.

James 1:5
If any of you lacks wisdom, you should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to you.

I Corinthians 2:16
“Who has known the mind of the Lord so as to instruct him?” But we have the mind of Christ.

Jeremiah 17:7
But blessed is the one who trusts in the LORD, whose confidence is in him.

Through Christ, a new investment is made in man. We are endowed with a new heart and the Holy Spirit is invested in us. (Pg. 92- Mistaken Identity)
