The Story
I have been blessed with a ministry to pour into fellow ministers. Covid hit and limited the normal life-to-life ministry. This left the question, what’s the best use of my available time? Our ministry, PACT Ministry, stands for Prayer, Accountability, Care, and Training. God’s answer was to use the time to place emphasis on prayer which I often neglect and seek him in behalf of those we minister. That’s where Standing Together in Prayer started.
After a few weeks of general prayers for my ministry peers, I was invited by one friend to pray certain passages over him. Also, knowing my ease toward distractions, I began to write the prayers. This was the birth place for Standing Together in Prayer.
Now, several years later, I am hoping you might find these Biblically inspired Christ dependent prayers personally impactful and easily used to pray for and encourage those that Christ leads to to lift up through prayer.
Blessings!
Colossians 1:9
For this reason also, since the day we heard of it, we have not ceased to pray for you and to ask that you may be filled with the knowledge of His will in all spiritual wisdom and understanding,
Romans 1:9-10
For God, whom I serve in my spirit in the preaching of the gospel of His Son, is my witness as to how unceasingly I make mention of you, always in my prayers making request, if perhaps now at last by the will of God I may succeed in coming to you.
