Prayer 75: Power in Prayer

Colossians, Hebrews, Matthew, Praise

Gracious Father, we join together, inviting you to powerfully display your presence, power and glory as we gather. Thank you that where two or three of us are gathered in your name, there you will be among us. Let the Word of Christ dwell in us richly, teaching and admonishing one another. We pray that through the teaching, training, and fellowship that the heart of each participant would be indelibly imprinted for your glory.

Lord Jesus, during our time together, let us consider how to stir each other to love and good works, encouraging one another during these critical times of life and ministry. We invite you to impress upon the hearts of each of us the vast needs of one another and impassion each of us with a personal sense of clear call and vision on how to edify one another.

Lord Jesus, place on our hearts how you want us to pray.

We thank you in advance for the blessing of your presence at this vital gathering.

In Christ,

Blessings!

Hebrews 10:24-25
24 And let us consider how to stir up one another to love and good works, 25 not neglecting to meet together, as is the habit of some, but encouraging one another, and all the more as you see the Day drawing near.

Matthew 18:20
20 For where two or three are gathered in my name, there am I among them.”

Colossians 3:16
16 Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly, teaching and admonishing one another in all wisdom, singing psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, with thankfulness in your hearts to God.

But now the Spirit of Christ dwells within the believer’s heart, imparting freedom… freedom from slavery, freedom to see, freedom from oppression, freedom to live for His glory. Isn’t that Christ’s mission! (Luke4: 18 – 21) (Pg. 93- Mistaken Identity)
